The Enrollment Office strongly encourages citizens to complete requests by email or regular mail.
In cases where this is not an option, Enrollment is providing all services by appointment only.

Vision Statement : The Enrollment Department will sustain a high standard of professionalism, providing excellent service to the Tribal Citizenship and to maintain well-organized documentation through preservation.

Mission Statement: To uphold the Little Traverse Bay Bands Constitution, Citizenship Statute, Marriage Statute, William Raymond Kiogima And Helen Agnes Kiogima Noozwin Statute, Tribal Notary Public Statute.  Provide logistical support to the Gaming Revenue Allocation Plan through an accurate, objective, expedient, and fair enrollment process while maintaining a professional relationship with local, state, Tribal and Federal governments.

Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for LTBB Citizenship you must be (1/4) or more North American Indian blood quantum and trace to Little Traverse Bay Bands.

Replacement Tribal ID

Replacement or New Picture Identification Card Request Form

It is recommended that you obtain a picture Tribal Identification card to receive other tribal services.  To receive a Picture Tribal Identification card through first class mail:

  • Complete the Tribal Identification Request Form.

  • Adults 18 & over - Submit a PASSPORT photo of yourself.  No hats or sunglasses. PHOTOS THAT ARE NOT PASSPORT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!! You may obtain a passport photo at any of the following locations: Rite-Aide, Walgreens, CVS pharmacies, some Super Walmarts.

  • School students (K-12th grade) – either a current school photo or a passport photo.

  • Submit a photocopy of your state driver’s license, State ID, or expired Tribal ID.

  • Include the $10.00 fee IF this is a replacement Tribal ID due to expired, lost, or a stolen Tribal ID.

  • Mail the completed form to: LTBB Enrollment, 7500 Odawa Circle, Harbor Springs, MI 49740.

Your first picture identification card is FREE. Elders fifty-five (55) years and older, Tribal ID cards are FREE OF CHARGE
